The location was convenient. It made getting around quite easy. The air conditioning system worked GREAT. The room was also clean upon arrival.
The breakfast selection was minimal with a noticeable lack of choice. The bathroom was quite small and could be hazardous. There was no shower curtain resulting in a wet room. This could be dangerous as one could easily slip and hit their head.

the front desk staff exhibited kindness. paul deserves special recognition for his assistance. i found the bed to be very comfortable and well suited to my preferences. the location allowed convenient access to termini train station, only a short walk away.
the air freshener scent in the room was strong. it persisted for the duration of my two-day stay. i think that some updates to the furniture could be considered.

The room was kept very clean. new towels were available daily and the space was carefully looked after. the mini fridge was handy, and a kettle was provided. We loved that addition. the air conditioning worked well.

the hotel was close to the main train station a seven minute walk proved convenient i found many restaurants nearby offering diverse cuisines i tried a local trattoria and enjoyed authentic dishes. the reception staff were helpful they provided directions and recommendations for local attractions housekeeping was consistent the room was cleaned daily. the lobby had a nice design it felt cute when i arrived
the bread rolls during breakfast were not available that was unexpected

Good Hotel near Termini

The location near Termini Station proved very convenient. A clean room was prepared, and I found the breakfast was also very good. The receptionist provided excellent city navigation tips. I appreciate staff.
The hotel charged extra fees without prior notice during the reservation. I think the isolation should improve, I could hear sounds from other rooms.

The hotel includes a functional mini fridge plus a kettle in the room. A locker is also available, and there is acceptable storage for luggage, so I was able to unpack easily. The safe also worked.

The hotel is near Termini Station, it is about a 15 minutes walk. Numerous restaurants and shops are conveniently located nearby, I did not have issues finding places to eat. A bus stop is also very close.

The staff were friendly plus helpful, especially the receptionist. The staff always changed towels daily. Omech, at the front desk, was very kind. I am grateful for their assistance.

Breakfast included very good options, and a variety of food. I found a good variety at the buffet. The breakfast included ananas juice plus red orange juice, it was a nice treat.

The hotel location near the train station was VERY convenient. Staff were helpful when i needed directions. The daily room cleaning with fresh towels was a great touch. I appreciated the breakfast. It gave a good start to the day.
